May 1906 Yuma "Miss Strong and Miss Emma King left on No. 14 Monday for Nebraska City. "
"Miss Belle Strong, of Nebraska City made a visit to her homestead north of town the last of the week."
April 1907 "Miss Emma King went to Sterling Tuesday to make dual proof."
August 1907 "Miss Emma King who has been attending to business in the Western part of the State,
was here Wednesday looking after her interests on the farm."
Emma cash-claimed a quarter in 6, 3N 48W in 1907, witnesses Fred C. Strong, Henry Deering, Jr., Lee Halverson, and John Deering.
S. Belle Strong Deering cash-claimed a quarter in 8, 3N 48 in 1912, and Fred C. Strong one in 7 in 1911. These touched, and Belle's claime touched Emma King's

Elizabeth E. King born March 1886 in Nebraska, in Nebraska CIty in 1900 with parents Jas. April 1854, an inventor, and Mary Oct 1859, both born in Illinois. Oliver 22 and his wife Grace J. 22 and their kids Scott3 and Ruth newborn, J. Walter Oct 1879, Arthur Oct 1881, Geo G. Aug 1884, Elizabeth E. March 1886, Mary C. Dec 1887.
James and Mary are buried in Macoupin County, Illinois
"James M. King was born in Macoupin Co., Illinois April 3rd, 1854. On July 29, 1874, he was married to Mary A. Berry, who preceeded him to the grave some two years. To this union seven children were born, six of whom survive him, one having died in infancy. The living children are Arthur, Walter, and Mamie of this place, add George and O.M. King of Nebraska City and Mrs. S.F Behymer of Hannibal, Mo. - all of whom were present when the final summons came except O.M. King and Mrs. Behymer. O.M. King was present a few hours before but was called home on account of sickness, and Mrs. Behymer was not called on account of the distance. Rev. King of Diller and Mrs. Rebekah King of Palmyra, Ill, brother and mother of the deceased, were also present; thus the final summons found him surrounded by love and devotion.
Mr. King came to Talmage from Nebraska City about July 1st 1904. His health would not permit him to engage in any active business while here but when a resident of Nebraska City he was connected with the King Drill Co. for many years and was the patentee of their principle implements. He also invented, patented and manufactured the King separator but his health continuing to fail he severed all business connections and removed to this place. "
He's buried in Oak Hill cemetery 1854-1905 # 85211127 "

Emma King, born 1878, married John Petersen, died Dec 12, 1918 in Omaha, after having Magaret Peterson 1909-1910 and Frances E. 1912-1918.
One tree said he sisters were May Jessie King marrying David Lonergan, and Frances Elizabeth king marrying Georgee S. Francis dying Janauary 1951 in Omaha
Emma King, daughter of F.M. King of Florence Nebraska - near Omaha - sister of Mrs. George Francis. George died in1940, and she remarried, probably.
In 1888 Emma was a student at the Florence school.
1903 Florence "Miss Emma King of South Omaha, accompanied by her sister, Mrs. Francis, spent Christmas with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fogy."
1903 "Miss Emma King, one of the cashiers in the Boston storea t Omaha, is at home for a couple of weeks' vacation."
ANOTHER
1898 Omaha - attending the meeting of the Western Editorial Conference were "J.B. King and Miss Emma King of Elbert, Colorado, representing teh Elbert County Tibune."

She might be the Emma King, born August 1884 in Illinois, who's in Livingston County Illinois in 1900, with Benjamin June 1851 and Elizabeth Dec 1855. Harlow was born March 1882 in Illinois.
Emma L. King married Claude C. Johnston November 2, 1921, recorded in Denver
He might be the Cluade C. Johnston 1887-1921 buried in Denver # 78430641, with Gladys C. Johnston 1890-1912.
Benjamin M. King 1851-1926 is buried in Livingston County # 97646668, with Lilla V. 1856-1938, # 97646813. Son Harlow 1883-1944 # 97646727 is in the same cemetery.
In 1928 Denver, Lilla King (wid B.M. ) is living at 1721 Washington.
In 1930 Denver, Lilla V. King is 74, widowed, and Emma L. Johnston is 46, divorced, a bookkeepe.
