PATRICK
Patrick cash-claimed a quarter in 27, 3N 48W in 1889, near a number of 1890-1891 cash claimants.
In 1893 Pat Jordan was admitted to Arapahoe Hospital (Denver was the county seat then.)
In August 1900 P.J. Jordan was charged in Denver fo intoxication.
1904 Yuma "Jordan and Doling are digging the cellar for the Borlan residence.
Heindel has the contract for the wood work."

JAMES D. JORDAN of Wray
James Jordan one of the oldest and most highly respected citizen of this community passed away at his counry home southeast of town last Thursday afternoon June 30. James Duell Jordan was born in Liverpool, New York October 15, 1857 where he resided until his marriage to Miss Emma J. Fargo on December 20, 1872 after which Mr. and Mrs. Jordan started west, stopping at Beardstown, Illinois for four years. Then they came on to Lincoln, Nebraska where they resided one year, after which they came to Yuma county, Colorado arriving here in March 1886, when the community was new and uncertain.
As a citizen of this community he was always loyal to both state and county, doing everthing in his power to furthur development.
Mr. Jordan was an industrious and hard working man until last January when it became necessary for him to be placed under the doctors care being a sufferer from heart trouble. He leaves his wife and two daughters, bessie Jordan Prentice and Doris Jordan and a sister, Mrs. A.D. Murdock.
The last sad rites were held at the Presbyterian Church Saturday afternnon with Rev. W.T. Gatley of the Methodist Church preaching the sermon.
Burial was at Grandview Cemetery.

George M. Jordan cash-claimed a quarter in 14, 5N 47W in 1890.
He might be the George M. Jordan in 1880 Gage County, Nebraska, 27, born in Missouri, driving a stage, with Stella 19 Illinois and Perl ten months born in Nebraska.
George M. "Jorden", age 23, amrried Stella M. Billings, age 16, in Beatrice Nebraska August 18, 1877.
In 1860 Ogle County, Illinois, Nathaniel Billiss is 38, farming, born in Pennsylvania, Roxana 28 Pennsylvania. Olive is 7, Rosalpha 5, and Adelbert 1, all three born in ILlinois.
In 1865 Ogle County, Illinois, Dement precinct, Nathan has a family of 7.
(Olive married Emulus M. Dewey is Ogle County in 1869, and they moved to Thayer County, Nebraska, where she died in 1922.)
In 1870 Gage County, Roxana Billings is 38, with E.R. 15, Adebert 11, Estella 9, H.E. 7, M.A. 2.
Rosa Bickford, age 23, daughter of Nathaniel Billings and Rosanna Conrad, married Samuel W. Brees 40, son of Joseph Brees and Margaret Day.
Roxanna was a washerwoman in 1880 Beatrice, Nebraska, 46 born in Pennsylvania, with daughter Luella Billings, 12, Illinois, and Roza Bickford 25 Illinois.
Luella M. married Wilkes Gillette about 1887, and her niece Pearl is living with them in Weld County, Colorado in 1900.
In 1900 Phillips County, Colorado, Willis is farming, 53, Mary L. 43, with Charles 22, Edith 19, Allen D. 17, all three born in Nebraska.
Luella is buried in Walla Walla Washington 1868-1912 # 78274390.
Charles Nathanial Gillett 1888-1944 is buried in Long Beach California # 17992558.
Allen A. Gillett was born June 2nd, 1893 at Venango, Nebraska, and in 1917 was a fireman for the Denver & Salt Lake RR, living in Denver, supporting his father and wife.
In 1885 Beatrice, Roxanna is 50 no occupation born in Pennsylvania- father Pennsylvania, mother Massachusetts - , Lula 17 born in Illinois, father in Kentucky.
George M. Jordan died Dec 23, 1929 in Fresno County, California, age 76.
One tree said George married Stella Billings born June 9, 1862 in Ogle County, Illinois, and died Dec 23, 1929 in San Francisco.
In 1900 Pearl born Sept 1879 in Nebraska, is married five years to Oscar Rissman Feb 1876 Nebraska, farming with uncle Wilkes Gillette Jan 1856 and Luella March 1868.
They have Wilbur C. Dec 1896 Colorado.
Pearl and Oscar, a railroad fireman, are in Sterling Colorado in 1910, added Leola, 2.
Oscar Max Rissman registered for WWI in Alameda, California, a locomotive engineer for Hecules Powder Wroks, with wife Pearl Ive.
Pearl died in San Francisco February 25, 1930.
Oscar is in San Francisco in 1930, marital status illegible. Leola, married to Alvin Robinson, is with him.
Leola May (Rissman) Satterlee 1908-1963 is buried in Colma, California, # 87614486.
