Isaac cash-claimed a quarter in 2, 3N 48W in 1891, near Robert Bird, Louis Banker, and Isaac Munyon.
One tree said he was born January 14, 1860 in Carroll County, Illinois (where a lot of cash-claimants came to this part of Colorado) to Charles Emerson Hammomnd and Anna Olive Bloomfield. He married Sarah Elizabeth Shore in 1889 in Carroll County, and they had Pearl Dec 1890, Ethel J. January 1892, Forrest G. Sept 1893, Clyde Sept 1894, Clinton Nov 1895, Fern Aug 1892, and Mazie January 1900.
In 1900 Stephenson County, Illinois, I. B. born Jan 1860 in Indiana, married ten years to Sarah May 1852 (but age 48(, have Anna 9, Ethel 8, Forest 6, Clinton 4, anSara 1, and Martha four months. Sarah's mother Nancy Shores, born July 1818 in Pennsylvania, is with them.
Sarah died July 21, 1946, buried in Highland Cemetery, Stephenson County, Illinois, # 121958180.
The tree said Isaac died November 5, 1939 in Pearl City, Stephenson County, # 121957927.
