John Breen



John proved up a quarter in 21, 3N 48W in 1892, near a number of other 1890-1891 cash claimants.

He might be the John R. Breen in 1880 Lewis County, Missouri, 12, with Edward 56 and Elizabeth E. 45, Margaret E. 17, Celestin L. 14, Benjamin E. 9, Martha A. 6, Mary H.3, and Thomas P. nine months.

John R. Breen married Mamie L. Craig November 23, 1892, ecorded in Larimer County.
Jno R. Breen in 1900 Fort Collins, Colorado, a day laborer, born Sept 1860 in Illinois, widowed. He's a brother-in-law of Edwin and Katie J. Burrell 33 and 32. Ediwn Breen born Nov 1894 in Colorado, is with them.

Katie Burrill was a daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Craig.
They were in Larimer County in 1880 - Kate 16 and Mamie 11

John R. Breen died June 2, 1946, and is buried in Walla Walla, Washington , # 58534157.

Edwin Robert Breen registered for WWI in Fort Collins, saying he was bon there Novembe 4, 1894, single, a horseler for the UP Railroad.
He's buried in Fort Collins 1894-1971 # 51823120, with Mamie Lillian (Craig) Breen 1869-1896 # 51823121.
