(Edith had come with her parents William and Julia L. Tibbetts, and in 1880 were farming in Frontier County, with Frederick 12, mabel L. 8, Edith H. 6, and Winifred D. 1.

In 1910 Frontier County, William 50, Edith 36, Edward 20, Fred 16, Alice E. 13, Florence M. 10, William H. 8, Faith R. 5, and Alfred 1.

William H. Farr 1860-1939 is buried in Furnas County, Nebraska, # 37459372, with Edith H. 1873-1948, # 37459406.
In 1900 Frontier County, Nebraska, Simeon Ridpath born Nov 1856 in Iowa, married 22 years to Nanccy Nov 1852 Ohio. She's had eeleven kids, eight living. Fred Dec 1881 and, Lemuel C. Mar 1884, and Elmer L. June 1887 were born in Kansas, Stella M. July 1889, Leonard L. April 1891, Mattie Mar 1893 and Chester A. Feb 1895 born in Nebraska.

In 1910 Frontier County, Simeon is 55, Nancy 57, Leonard L. 18, Matty D. 17, and Chester A. 15.

(Lincoln, Nebraska, December 19, 1927 "Mrs. Lydia M. Weed, seventy-six, died at her home in Alvo at 12:50 Sunday. She is survived by four sisters: Miss Emma Ridpath: Mrs. Sarah A. Kitby of New Sharron, Iowa: Mrs. Mary Clements, Kirkman, Iowa, and Mrs. Rosie E. Foremen of Alvo: one brother, Simeon Ridpath of Holbrook."

Simeon 1854-1936 is buried in Gosper County, Nebraska # 59625072, with Nancy (Cline) Ridpath 1852-1918 # 59625081.

Chester is farming in 1920 Frontier County, Nebraska, 25, with Florence 21 and newborn Alice E., all born in Nebraska.

1926 "Simeon Ridpath, who had been visiting with his son Charles, east of Yuma, for about a month, returned to his home in Cambridge, Nebraska."

In 1930 Wray, Chester works at the light plant, 35, Florence M. 30, and Alice 10, all born in Nebraska.

In 1940 Wray, Chester is the engineer at the light plant, 45, Florence 41 operates a beauty shop, and Alice 21 is a bookkeeper at a hardware store.


Florence Mabel Farr was born September 10, 1898 in south of Eustis, Frontier County, Nebr, and died March 07, 1996 in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona.
She married Chester Alma Ridpath August 26, 1918 in McCook, Red Willow County, Nebr, son of Simeon Ridpath and Nancy Cline. He was born February 05, 1895 in Frontier County, and died April 13, 1975 in Wray.

February 1956 "Mr. and Mrs. Clark Ridpath accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Chester Ridpath of Wray to Holbrook, Nebraska to attend the 50th wedding anniversary celebration of Mr. and Mrs. Lem Ridpath."

The Southwest Nebraska Genealogy has Carroll G. Woodworth, son of Bill Woodworth 1885-1952 and Mabel Bremer 1891-1971 marrying Alice Ridpath, with sons Chris and John living in Phoenix, Arizona.
1973 L.F. Blanchard's funeral "Pallbearers were Paul Powell, Jerry Calkins, Jake Raile, Waldo Baney, Duane Christiansen and Carroll Woodworth. They were all former Benkelman residents and were friends of the deceased or his family. They are all residents of Phoenix at the present time."
