Guy A. Cadwallader, Laird

In 1914 Guy was a witness for Daniel Pilkington's claim for land in 3N 42W

Guy  proved up a parcel in 1, 3N 43W - in 1920.  If this is the  Guy R Cadwallader in Furnas County Nebraska in 1910 and 1920 (he could have done just enough to prove up his claims) he's the son of  Charles Swart Cadwallader 1845-1936, and maybe a cousin of Isaac B.

Isaac B. Cadwalader cash-claimed a quarter in 33,  4N 48W in 1890, and then a quarter in 34 by "other" in 1893. 

One tree said a Ruth Ann Cadwallader born 1905 in Juniata Nebraska, married Empry Leon Swan in Wray in 1924.  It said that she was the daughter of William Cadwallader and Orta Olive Stephens.

The Colorado marriage records have Ruth Cadwalader marrying Eugene Swan June 1, 1924.

William E. Cadwalader 66, Illinois, and Orta O. 59, Indiana, are retired in 1930 Yuma, and the next household is Emprem E. Swan 31 Iowa and Ruth A. Swan 25, Nebraska.  William and Orta are in Adams County Nebraska in 1900, 1910, and 1920.

In 1880 Sarpy County Nebraska William was 17, son of I. Cadwalader 43 and Permelia 38. 

Isaac Bogue Cadwallader born January 30, 1836 in Fulton County Illinois, son of Isaac and Elizabeth Ackerson Cadwallader, and 3rd great grandson of John Cadwallader the Quaker who died in Tortola, West Indies [this John Cadwallader was not the same person as General John Cadwallader of the Rev War].Isaac B's first wife was Permillia Kost who passed away 24 Jul 1882 in McDonough Co., IL. To this marriage were born 10 children. Isaac is buried by him self in an unmarked grave in Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, dying March 11, 1909.

In 1895 Sherman County, Kansas "J. B." or "I. B." Cadwalader is 58, H.A. 53, and M.H. 11, all Illinois.

One tree said that Martha Helen Cadwalader was born Sep 11, 1885 in Fulton County, Illinois, married Roy Edward Pearce in Grand Junction in 1914,

In 1900 Oberlin, Kansas Thomas Lloyd, 24 is married to Helen, born September 1883 in Illinois.

In 1920 R.E. Pearce 31, Colorado, is a railroad mechanic in Salt Lake City, with Helen 34, Illinois.  They have Gene, 2, Colorado, and two stepsons, Cecil Lloyd 18 Kansas, and Kenneth Lloyd 13, Idaho.

In 1900 Denver I.B. Cadwalader January 1837 in Illinois, has been married 14 years to Hester A. , April 1843 Ireland.
 


Hester's first husband Abraham Farrar died in 1882 in Illinois, and their son Marshall Farrar claimed land in 3N 48W.

In 1909 Hester is living alone at 3929 Vine in Denver, and is widowed in the 1910 Denver census.

She's buried in Riverside Cemetery, dying 1912.
