Edward F. Basque / Bascue, Laird

In 1910 Harlan County Nebraska Edward F. 26 and Ottillia 19 have Anna 2, and Charles F. 1.

Edward proved up a parcel in 4, 3N 43W and 33, 4N 43W  in 1916

In 1920 Laird Edward and Othiley have Charley 11, Ruth G. 9, Velda V. 7, Wayne E. 6, Eva L. 3, and Darleen M. one month.  The last three were born in Colorado, the others in Nebraska.

In 1930 Laird they have Charles, Eve, Velda, Wayne, Darlene, and have added Forest W. 9, SylviaB. 7, and Carol L. 5.

In 1940 Wray Edward, 56 Kansas, is a carpenter, Otillia 49 Nebraska, with Forest W. 19, Carl L. al 14, David L. 9 (all three Colorado), daughter Velda V. Edwards, 27, and her two Joan 7 and Darrel W. , both Colorado.

Edward Franklin Bascue, born September 27, 1883 in Phillips County, Kansas, died December 13, 1951 in Salem, Oregon, son of James Nathaniel Bascue III and Melissa Anne Williams. 39433738 With him is buried Otillia Elizabeth (Shulke) born December 27, 1889 and dying March 1965. 65575569

Carl Lyle Bascue, born January 7, 1926, died August 5, 2007 in Stanislaus County California, and is buried in Wood Colony Cemetery 39433738

Forest Wesley Bascue, born March 17, 1920, died September 4, 1991 in Salem, and is buried in City View there.

Wayne E. Bascue Aug 13, 1914 - April 22, 1990 is buried in Benkelman, Nebraska 70600045

Eva L. might be the one married to Albert E. Sears, in Bend, Oregon in 1950. He's a shop foreman for the Gifford Motor Company.

Eva Dahl, born Jun 14, 1916, died June 1995, last residence in Clackamas County, Oregon.

Charlie F. Bascue, 79, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 1988.
He was born in Republican City, Neb. He moved in Silverton in 1934 and to Woodburn in 1977. He was a psychiatric aide at the state hospital. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his daughter Deloris Jones of Salem; brothers Forest of Salem, David of Anchorage, Alaska, Carl of Empire, Calif. and Wayne of Benkelman, Neb.; sisters Ruth Kirk and Darlene Helekson, both of Salem, and Eva Dahl of Gladstone; three grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
Services were 1 p.m. Saturday in Simon Funeral Chapel. Entombment was in Belle Passi Mausoluem.
