Robert Dickson,  Vernon

One tree says that he's the father of James Henry Dickson - buried in Glendale, too.

Robert timber-claimed a quarter in 1899 in section 29, 1S 45W, not far from an 80-acre cash claim by "J. Dickson" in 1907 in section 27.

In 1910 Eckley precinct "Holyoke road"  Robert Dickson is 56, born in Pennsylvania, widowed.  With hime is Gladys E. 17, Lulu L 15, Minnie L. 13, Grace V, 10, aned Ethel  7, all born in Kansas.

Next household is John W. Dickson, 25, born in Nebraska, with Retta L. 21, Missouri, married three years.  They have Lillie E. 2, born in Kansas.

William S. Musselman married Maggie Dickinson Oct 25, 1874 in Logan County, Ohio.

In 1880 Logan County Ohio Wm. S. Musselman and Lyda M. are both 23, with Lewis S. 4 and Henry M. four months.

Lewis S. Musselman, born 1876, died August 5, 1880 in Logan County.

Wm. H. Musselman and Maggie Dickerson had a son, also William H., in Logan County Ohio October 23, 1890. (he's buried in Pocatello, Idaho 43130438, dying May 7, 1946.

In 1900 Glendale precinct Lydia Musselman, born Aug 1856 in Ohio, is widowed.  With her are Henry M. Jan 1880 and Harry W. Oct 1890, both Ohio.

1906 Vernon items "Mrs. Musselman had a sale last Tuesday.  She is going to move to Denver."

Lydia M. Musselman had proved up a quarter in 31, 1S 44W in 1907 - two miles southwest of Vernon.

Henry registered in Yuma County, saying he was born Jan  2, 1880, and was a barber in Vernon, with a wife.

Robert - August 20, 1835 - Oct 11, 1908 is buried in the Glendale cemetery.

Henry Dickson was listed as executor of Robert's estate in 1908.

FindAGrave says his daughter Edith Clair (Dickson) Murrow 1887-1957 is buried in Eckley with William Edward Murrow 1887-1960.
