Fred died September 13, 1934 in Santa Clara, age 70.

1948 "Friends learned this weekend of the engagement of Paula Nusser and H. R. (Doc) Klauser III. The bride-elect is a resident of Manzanita and was an associate editor of the Daily. She is president of Theta Sigma Phi. Klauser is a member of the Breakers and served as a Daily night editor last spring. The couple plan to be married next June, following their graduation."
Mildred Cornell NUSSER, Buried April 28, 1972 in Madronia cemetery, Santa Clara County 11/9/1900 - 4/27/1972. "wife of Jay Nusser of Saratoga; mother of Mrs. Paula Bogqess of Woodland Hills; grandmother of three. Aged 71 years.

October 1884 "Fred Cornell, a young man riding the range for J. W. Bowles, near Littleton, had the misfortune a few days ago, to have his shoulder injured by a horse falling on him. He is now at the Sisters hospital, receiving treatment."

March 1885 "John J. Miller, for the lot 4, sec3, lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, sec 4, township 1s, range 45w. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: James N. Kennedy, Marion A. Hoag, Littleton, Colorado, C. Van Cleve, Fred Cornell, Wray, Colo."

1897 Chanute Kansas "16 acres of land for sale for $200; all in cultivation; good fruit, cnly a mile from town. Inquire of Fred Cornell, near CM., G. Gray's."

1908 Chanute "Mrs. Fred Cornell and children went to St. Paid this afternoon to spend Sunday. She will return Monday afternoon. "
