In 1880 Washington County, Nebraska, William "Schiefelbein" is 29, Bertha 31, Ida 3, Clara 1, and Luisa seven months. William Schiefelbein 65 and Mary 61 are with them.
In 1900 Gosper County, Nebraska, Julius A. Shievelbein is 58, Emma R. born December 1876, William G. 21, Mary H. 17, Bernhart F. 16, and Herman J. 14.
Willhelm Lollman, 34, born in Germany, a resident of Gosper County, Nebraska, son of Edward Lollmann and Fredrica Meyer, married Emma Shivelbein, 31 born in Nebraska to Julius Schmilbein and Albertina Dalmo, on December 2, 1907 in Gosper County.
March 12, 1914 "A baby boy came to intensify the happiness of family life at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Willhelm Lollman six miles north of Laird last Monday.
The young Dutchman is a hustler and beat Dr. Taylor to the goal by about an hour
because of a stalled automobile in which the doctor was answering the call,
and which was abandoned and a farm wagon substituted."
Willhelm proved up a quarter in 6, 2N 42W in 1916.
In 1920 Yuma County, Wilhelm is 47, born in Germany, immigrating in 1904, with Emma B. 43 Nebraska. Martha M. 12 was born in Nebraska, Fredericka 8, Edward 7, and Elsie 4 in Colorado.
September 1922 "R. E. Calhoon is cutting corn
this week for Mr. Lollman."
Willhelm made an additional stock-raising claim for land in 31 and 32, 3N 42W, witnessed by Charles Lofthouse, Frank Merrill, RayCalhoon, and D. Carl McGinnis, all of Laird.
In 1940 Furnas County, Nebraska, Wilhelm is doing road work for the state, 66, with Emma 63, Martha 32, Fredrika 28, and Edward 26 a plumber/electirician.
Emma December 13, 1876-1953 is buried in Furnas County # 114576575, with William 1873-1966 # 114576523.

"Walter E. "Pete" Westerbeck, 89, died Tuesday (Dec. 11, 2001) at his home in Arapahoe. He was born June 23, 1912, at Arapahoe to William H. and Louise (Wendland) Westerbeck. He was raised in Arapahoe and graduated with the class of 1932 from Arapahoe High School. After graduation he worked for a road construction crew in Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado.
On May 7, 1938, he married Elsie Elizabeth Lollman at Chadron. In 1953, they returned to Arapahoe where he worked with his brother-in-law Lawrence "Buck" Hoyle as a blacksmith. In the early 1960s he went to work for Adams Construction where he remained until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Elsie on July 26, 1971; five brothers George, Albert, Ray, John, and Harold Westerbeck, and three sisters, Mable Wyrick, Clara Westerbeck, Margaret Renie.
Survivors include one son, Marlow and wife, Mary of Wellsville, Kan.; two sisters, Lillie Frost of Lincoln, and Elda Conckle and husband, Phillip of Glendale, Calif.; one brother-in-law, Harlan Wyrick of McCook; and two grandsons.
Services will be Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church in Arapahoe with the Rev. Carl Lilienkamp officiating. Interment will be at the Arapahoe Cemetery in Arapahoe. "
