Maybe the Steven Mitchell in 1900 Denver, born Oct 1861 Iowa, a freight handler, with Diller, July 1857 Illinois, a photographer. They have Ethel D. June 1889 Kansas, and Hazel L. Oct 1893 Colorado.
They're in Seattle in 1910, Steven a street-car conductor, Lillie L. a dressmaker, and Ethel and Hazel have no occupations.
In 1920 Seattle Lillie, a dressmaker, says she's married, and has Hazel -no occupation, with her.
In 1930 Seattle Lillie says she's widowed, a dressmaker. Hazel says she's a dressmaker in this census.
Lillie L. 1867-1948 is entombed in Acacia, King County.
