Edward Irving, Robb

Edward did a cash-claim of a quarter in 10, 1S 45W in 1891. 

Maybe the Edward Irving born Feb 1863 in New Jersey, in Allen County Kansas in 1900. He's a hack driver, his father Samuel is a blacksmith, and sisters Hallie Mar 1875 and Della May 1877, both school teachers born in Illinois.

They were in Warren County, Illinois in 1880 - and Albert Edward Irving is 15.

The funeral of the late S. C. Irving was held from the residence on North Washington at 10 o'clock this morning. The services were conducted by the Rev. Mr. Culbertson and the remains were interred in Iola cemetery. A large number of the friends of the deceased and the family were present at the house and followed the remains to the cemetery.

Samuel C. Irving was born at Liberty Corner, Somerset county, New Jersey, in 1836. He was married in 1859 at Puckamin, the the same county and at the outbreak of the Civil war enlisted and served two years, being discharged on account of sickness.

After several years spent in New Jersey, the family moved to Illinois and then came to Iola February 15, 1889. He died at the home in Iola February 15, 1903, of heart failure. Deceased leaves a wife and seven children, four of whom live in the city. The children are: Mrs. Gillihan, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Mrs. Jewell, of Avon, Ill.; Mrs. L. R. Ray of Iola; Misses Hallie and Della and Mr. Edward Irving, of this city.

In 1910 Iola, Edward is 35, Emma 36.  Harvey and Susan Dugan, Emma's parents Russell Dugan 18, brother-in-law, are with them. 

In 1920 Iola Ed, Emma, and mother-in-law Susan Duggan are together on Madison Avenue.  Ed is a solicitor for a laundry.

In 1930 Iola "Edd A." Irving 63 is a laundry delivery man with Emma 55.  Susan Duggan 82, widowed mother, is with them.

Iola Register Nov 6, 1935 "Delia Irving will leave this evening for her home in Kansas City, Kans., after attending the funeral of her brother A. E. Irving which was held Tuesday afternoon at the Baptist Church"

Albert Edward Irving was born at Phickemin, N. J., on February 8, 1865, and passed away at the home of his sisters in Kansas City, Kas., on November 2, 1935, at the age of 70 years, 8 months, and 22 days. He came to lola, Kas., on February 12, 1888, where he has resided ever since. On/.December 24, 1908, he was united in marriage with Mrs. Emma Buchanan, who preceded him in death on May 11,. 1932.. On AprU 18, 1928, he united with the First Baptist church of  Iola, Kas. His faithfulness was recognized by his election as a deacon, in which capacity he served until the end. He leaves to mourn his passing five sisters: Mrs. Lucy E. Jewell of Avon, Ill.; Mrs. Ida N. Johnson of Galesburg, Ill.; Mrs. M. E. Gillhan of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Miss Hallie Irving of Kansas City. Kas., and Miss Delia Irving of Kansas City, Kas. He was a good man. He suffered long, and has gone to the reward of a faithful life.

Samuel, Eleanor, Della, and Hallie are buried in Iola.  Albert Edward 1865-1935 and Mary Emma Irving 1874-1932 are in Highland Cemetery, Iola.
