Claus Hink, Robb

Claus did a cash-claim of a quarter in 8, 1S 45W in 1891.  - same year as neighbor Henry Boesch.

Claus Hinck and his son, Henry, operated an elevator in Linn, Kansas but they also farmed.

Might be the Claus Hinck in 1900 Washington County, Kansas, Aug 1843 Germany, with Annie July 1852 Germany.  They have Henry J. Jan 1871, Juliana June 1874, and Clarence Aug 1994, all in Kansas.   Claus and Henry are both grain dealers, so they would be venturesome enough for a cash claim.

In 1880 Washington County Claus HINCH is 37, farming, with Anna 28, Henry 8, Juliana 5.

They're in Washington County in 1920 both born in Hanover, farming, and Clarence is with them..
