Martin Sheridan, 1 South 43 West

Martin "of Arapahoe County, Colorado" cash-claimed forty acres in 34, 1S 43W in 1886. That was the earliest completed claim in the township, and also the smallest. This 40 acres was part of the Urias Morton ranch in 1920, and Urias had bought the James Johnston claim in 1899.
