Also in 1890, Jessie J. McCoy cash-claimed 160 acres in 30, 1S 42W - only a mile or so away, on Dry Willow Creek.
One possibility: Frank R. McCoy farming in 1900 Franklin County, Kansas, born Feb 1854 in Ohio, married 19 years to Mary E. June 1862 Missouri. Hollis Dec 1884, Clyde N. Jan 1887, Carl May 1890, and Maggie Oct 1893 all born in Kansas. Mary's mother Nancy Adams, born Nov 1820 in Kentucky, is with them.
Another possibility is the Frank McCoy in 1900 Saunders County, Nebraska, a saloonkeeper, born March 1872 in Pennsylvania, boarding with the Thomas and Sophia Evans family, hotel keepers,.
There's a Frank J. McCoy in 1910 Crete, Nebraska, dealing in real estate for immigration, married six years to Lillian 31, Nebraska. They have Hubert 5.
This Frank 1870-1916 is buried in Saunders County # 31973348.
Lillian died in 1969 "Mc Coy - Lillian A; formerly 2409 Chicago St.
