In 1880 Tazewell County, Illinois, Milton Fisher is 22, a farm laborer for John and Frances Orr.
Milton Fisher married Rosa Maurer Feb 16, 1882 in Tazewell County, Illinois.
Milton proved up a quarter in 2S 42W - Cheyenne County, Kansas - in 1893.
Milton, per the East Yuma History, came to Cheyenne County, Kansas in 1886, then sent for Rosa and children, who arrived by train at Wray. Around 1890 they moved in to Colorado, next to the Rosenkrans Ranch wehre Milton worked many years. About 1896 they bought land on the Dry WIllow..
1900 Wray 
In 1900 Glendale precinct, Milton L. Fisher born Nov 1858 in Illinois, married 18 years to Rosa August 1863 Switzerland, is farming.
She's had nine kids, all living. Anna Jan 1883, Jacob Jan 1885, Rudolph Dec 1886, were born in Illinois, Rosa Jan 1889 Kansas, Milton Mar 1891 Colorado, Ruth Mar 1893 Kansas, Joseph Mar 1895 Kansas, "Mody" Jun 1897, Colorado and Emma July 1899 Colorado.
1906 
In 1910 Yuma County, farming "on the Idalia road", Milton and Rosa have only Mida M. 13, Emma 11, and Samuel 9.
1916 "Mrs. Milton Fisher, of several miles south on the Arickaree river, was visiting her daughter, Mrs. Anna Cunningham, in Wray Saturday."
1917 "Mrs. Orba Brown, of sixteen miles northwest, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Fisher, who reside on the Black Wolf, this week. She is expected to return home Saturday.
In 1920 Yuma County, Milton 64 and Rosa 57 have Emma 20, Samuel 18, and granddaughter Mildred, four.
JOSEPH
In 1917 Joseph Fisher was a student at the Y.C.H.S. at Yuma (probably another one, because Joseph H. Fisher of Wray left March 1918 for service in WWI.).
1919 "Mr. Joseph A. Fisher and Miss Leota Morhaus both of Wray, Colo., were married September 3rd by Judge Barker, at the Judge's office."
"Joe was married to Leota Morehouse to whom one son was born. He married a second time and moved to Iowa where he died in 1970."
ROSA
Two of the Fisher daughters married Cox brothers. Some great photos are on the Cox page.

1913 "Mrs. Anna Cunningham and Maud Fisher of Wray spent Sunday with their sister, Mrs. Arch Cox."
1915 Anna Cunningham, widow of Cassius C. Cunningham, deceased, filed for his claim in 3N 45W. Milton J. Fisher was a witness.
"Anna raised her children by working for Senator O.L. Mitten for many years."
Anna 1883-1945 is buried in Wray # 63505263. So is Cassius 1876-1910 # 63505311 - fell from a windmill at the Weatherfield Ranch north of Wray 63505311
MAUDE
"Maude was married to Alfred Cox in 1916.
In 1940 Elbert County, Alfred D. Cox is farming 44, Maud M. 42, Roy D. 19, Catherine R. 17, Dorothy M. 16, Albert R. 13, Betty Lou 11, Suzanne 8, and daughter Idola Nally 23, , all born in Colorado. His father David A. Cox 74, widowed, born in Illinois, is with them.
(David A. Cox 1866-1940 and Sarah C. (Petefish) Cox 1865-1925 are buried in Colorado Springs # 46660418.
The Coxes moved to Colorado Springs, where Maude was still living in 1970."
Maude Cox 1897-1991 is buried in Colorado Springs, # 85799334, with Alfred D. 1895-1977, # 85799333.
Roy Delmont Cox "Husband of Madeline P. Miller Cox.
Son of: Alfred Delmont Cox and Maude May Fisher" per # 143604304 was born in Elbert County 1920, and died 2001 , buried in Colorado Springs.
"Catherine Rose Pennock passed away on March 21, 2012. She was born in Elbert, Colorado to Alfred and Maude Cox on August 6th 1922. She lived the past 38 years in Florissant, Colorado. She is survived by her son, Tom Lester and wife, Pat of Pueblo, Colorado, grandchildren, Rodney Elliot of Florissant, Renee Garcia and husband, Sal of Van Buren, Arkansas, Steven Dell'Aria and wife, Christy of Montgomery, Alabama and several great grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters, Betty Brackin and husband, John of Colorado Springs and Dorothy Engle and husband, Elmer of Colorado Springs. She married Darvin Lester in 1942. He passed away in 1966. She married Joseph Pennock in 1970, he passed away in 2005. She was also preceded in death by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Her daughter, Karen Strauss of Florissant passed away on March 23th, 2012, two days following her mother's death.
Catherine liked to quilt and enjoyed watching the wildlife around her home in Florissant. She collected cookie jars and music boxes.
She will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date"
"Mrs. Suzanne Cox New, age 73, of Natchez, Mississippi died Sunday, May 15, 2005 at Natchez Regional Medical Center. Mrs. New was born August 28, 1931, in Elbert, CO the daughter of Maude Mae Fisher Cox and Alfred Delmont Cox. On August 28, 1947, she married David Alton New in Colorado Springs, CO. After his term of service in the U.S. Army, they returned to the south and lived in Delhi, LA and Stevens, AR. In 1948, they moved to Natchez, MS.
Suzanne was a member of First Baptist Church, Natchez Garden Club and the Eastern Star. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at Natchez First Baptist Church with Dr. Judson W. Hurt officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Natchez First Baptist Church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves to mourn her loss: her husband of 57 years, David Alton New, Sr.; three daughters and one son: Janet and her husband, Wally Caldwell and their son, Criss Caldwell; Paula and her husband, Leo Joseph, Jr. and their daughters and son: Suzanne Blalock, Lisa Brown, and Leo Joseph, III; Donna and her husband, Wayne Johnson and their sons and daughter: Doug, Sarah and Phillip Johnson; David Alton New, Jr. and his wife, Nannette and their son, David Alton New, III, all of Natchez, MS. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren. She is survived by four sisters: Bernice Erickson, Dorothy Engle and Betty Brackin, all of Colorado Springs, CO and Catherine Pennock of Florissant, CO. Suzanne is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Idola Doiel and three brothers: Roy Cox, Lawrence Cox and Albert Cox."
"Idola Marie (Cox) Doiel passed away on December 29, 2003 in Hanford, California at the home of her granddaughter Mrs. Sara Champi.
She is survived by her children; Patricia, Bonnie, Robert and Betty, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and five sisters, Berniece Erickson, Catherine Pennock, Dorothy Engle, Betty Brackin all of Colorado Springs and Suzanne New of Natchez, Mississippi.

JAKE
1909 "Jake Fisher and wife are the proud parents of baaby boy born to them October 31st."
In 1910 Yuma County, Jacob is farming, 25, born in Illinois, married two years to Nettie, 21, Colorado, with Cleo five months.
1913 "Uncle Jacob Cox and wife of Wray visited their daughter, Mrs. Jake Fisher, last Saturday."
"Jake Fisher made final five year proof on his homestead last Thursday, thereby winning the bet from Uncle Sam."
Jake proved up 280 acres in 25, 1S 43W in 1913. This was on the Kansas state line.
1919 Wray "Mrs. John Smith and Mrs. Jake Fisher departed last week for Idho Springs, Idaho, where they will remain indefinitely to take treatments."

1910 "Milton Fisher, son of M.L. Fisher, living 12 miles southeast of Wray came to the city Wednesday to receive medical treatment for his foot, which seemed to be developing a ase of blood poisoning."

Freida L. Fisher, 1895-1990 is buried in Wray, per # 63650539 BUT the cemetery spreadsheed doesn't have her name.
"Freda's youth was spent in Idalia wehre she attended school ... She ,also, had worked on the Rosenkrans ranch as a young girl.
"Jack, born in 1926, died in a farm accident in 1977." Buried in Wray is Fisher, Theodore Jack WWII 2/15/1926 10/2/1977, # 63650895.
