"Gary Wayne Randolph age 65 of Maryville, Tennessee, passed away Monday, February 14, 2011. He was retired from CSX Railroad after 35 years of service. He was a Deacon at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church and a Veteran of the US Air Force. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #642 in Mt. Juliet, TN. Gary enjoyed golfing, fishing and spending time with his granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest & Violet Randolph and his father-in-law, Aubrey Phelps. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Karen Phelps Randolph; son, Michael Wayne Randolph of Lebanon; daughter & son-law, Misty Michelle & Calvin Blevins of Maryville; granddaughters, Mackenzie Blevins & Malia Randolph; mother-in-law, Jackie Phelps; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Ronnie & Barbara Phelps; nieces, Alicia Phelps & Mandy Phelps Breeding. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Tuesday, February 15, 2011 Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service 7:00 pm with Dr. Charles Sullivan officiating. The family & friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment with full military honors."
