Egbert Daniel Bullard married Helen Elnore Elvira Sager in Knox County, Illinois Sept 14, 1865.
In 1880 Warren County, Iowa, Egbert is farming 37, with Helen 33, "Fenn" D. 11, Freeman 9, Luena 7, Albert 5, and George 1.

In 1882 one LDS history said "Concerning the organization of the Highland Branch, Iowa, Alfred W. Head wrote from Creston, Iowa ' There having been a few Saints come to this part, we met June 25, and were organized into a branch under the supervision of Brother Egbert D. Bullard, who is now president; and we think worthy of the position he holds. He is calculated to give instruction to the little flock under his care."
In 1885 Egbert is 41, Ellen 38, with Fenard D. 15, Freeman E. 13, Susanni 11, Albert 8, George 5, Elen 3, and newborn Alma.


1914 "S.K. Smith of Beaumont, California, an uncle of Mrs. Fenner Bullard, and her sister, Mrs. Freeman Bullard, has been visiting in their families on his return from a trip to Illinois, stopping at several points in Yuma County. The gentleman is a wealthy retired ranchman, who went from Yuma County quite a while ago."

FENNER

Fenner David Bullard married Mary Florence Parkins Nov 29, 1891 at Laird.

Fenner proved up 160 acres in 5 and 8, 1S 42W in 1920, and cash-claimed 40 acres in 4 in 1922.
In 1900 Yuma County, Fenner D. Bullard, born Feb 1869 in Iowa, married eight years to Florence M. Jan 1871 Illinois, have Beulah M. Aug 1892, Elmer J. Apr 1897, and Stephen F. Feb 1900.
Fenner D. Bullard proved up 200 acres in 5 and 6 in 1896.


In 1910 Yuma County, Fenner D. is 41, Florence M. 39, Beulah M. 17, Elmer J. 13, Stephen F. 10, Richard E. 7, George A. L. 6, Oscar R. 4, and Florence 1.
"Percheron breeders in Colorado during that time frame included: J.W. Morgan of Longmont, John J. Fry of Pinewood, G.W. In 1920 Yuma County, Fenner and Florence have Stephen, Richard, Arlene, Oscar, Florence, and have added Earl 8, Pearl 8, and Harold 4.

Oscar Raymond Bullard, 88, of Loveland, died Nov. 11, 1994 at Sierra Vista Health Care Center in Loveland.
He was born Feb. 21, 1906, in Laird, Colo., to Fenner Daniel Bullard and Mary Florence Parkins Bullard. He married Bessie Hadlock on June 17, 1928, in Yuma County. She preceded him in death. He worked in heavy construction, doing road work in Yuma County. He moved to Loveland in 1952 from Yuma and worked in construction until the age of (bad spot on film to read the number).He also farmed in Yuma County from 1928 to 1930. Mr. Bullard was a member of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and painting.
He is survived by a son, Rolland R. Bullard and wife Diane, Thornton; a brother, Steve Bullard, Wray; two sisters, Florence Rounds, Littleton, and Sylvia Hohman (? bad spot), Yuma; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Viewing will be Tuesday morning before services at Allnutt Funeral Service's Hunter Chapel. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Allnutt Hunter Chapel. Elder David Shupe of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints will officiate. Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park. Linda L. Poeling, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2006, at the Delta County Memorial Hospital.
Linda was born on Feb. 13, 1947, to Earl and Wilma (Guernsey) Bullard, in Wray, Colo. The family moved to Montrose when Linda was very young. She attended Montrose schools, graduating from Montrose High School in 1965. She continued her education, attending Central Business College in Denver, Colo.
On Sept. 4, 1966, Linda married the love of her life and best friend, Tom Poeling, in Montrose, Colo.
The most important things in Linda’s life were her husband, children and most importantly her grandchildren. She enjoyed scuba diving, bicycling, motorcycles, mountain climbing, movies, photography and antiquing. She had her own pilot’s license and loved to fly and drive.
Those grateful to have shared in Linda’s life include her loving husband, Tom; one son, Tom (Jamie), of Littleton, Colo.; and one daughter, Aaron (Brandon) Lindsey, of Delta, Colo.
Linda was the proud and loving grandmother of five grandchildren: Dakota, Joshua, Allison, Kaleb and Jordan.
Other family survivors include one brother, Jim (Sharon) Bullard, of Longmont, Colo.; and two sisters: Joyce (Dave) Doner, of Pueblo, Colo.; and Kay (Doug) Kozminski of Sequim, Wash.
Preceding her in death were her parents.

Ronald DuWayne Bullard, 75, of Holyoke, died Monday, April 9, 2007 in Holyoke.
Ron was born November 15, 1931, to Elmer and Lamedia (Dean) in Wray. He was one of 13 children. He attended grades 1-12 in Wray and also a year at Graceland College in Lamoni, Iowa.
He married Margaret Lockwood on June 7, 1953. The majority of his employment was with Safeway, retiring as assistant manager in Fort Collins. He then returned to Holyoke in 1976 as owner/operator of Cedar Motel until his second retirement in 1999.
Ron served as deacon at Poudre Valley Christian Church, and was a member of Safeway Employees Association and Holyoke Credit Union Advisory Board.
He is survived by son Steve Bullard and friend Mary Senter of Lakewood; daughter Sherri Brackhan and husband Brad of Holyoke; grandchildren Shawn Bullard of Castle Rock, Nicole Brackhan of Fort Collins, Lindsey Bullard of Lakewood and Ryan Brackhan of Holyoke; mother-in-law Veva Lockwood of Holyoke; brothers Edwin and wife Betty of Saint Petersburg, Florida, Albert and wife Wilma of Denver and Ben of Wray; sister Norvella Vanderford of Cottonwood, Arizona; brothers-in-law Ernie Lockwood and wife Nancy of Fort Morgan, Keith Lockwood and wife Barb of Castle Rock and Bob Martin of Wray; sisters-in-law Ruth Kinnie and husband Joe of Holyoke, Judy Wall and husband Chuck of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Marvin, Robert, Lavern, Paul, Ralph and Gary; sisters Beulah and Ella Marie; daughter-in-law Janel Bullard; father-in-law Burl Lockwood; sister-in-law Phyllis Martin; and great nephew Dusty Martin.
Funeral services for Ron Bullard were April 12, at First Christian Church in Holyoke with Pastor Jim Blake officiating. Interment was in Holyoke Memorial Park.

FREEMAN
Freeman E. Bullard proved up 120 acres in 6 in 1898, and another 40 acres in section 17 in 1907.
Witnesses were Guy C. Douglass, William L. Waters, William L. Willis, and James W. Douglass, all of Haigler, Nebraska. <
In 1900, on the same page as Fenner, Freeman E. born Feb 1871 in Iowa, married seven years to Gertrude M. Jan 1877 Iowa, have Hazel P. Nov 1894 and Herbert B. May 1898.
In 1910, on the same page as Fenner, Freeman is 39, Martha 33, Hazel P. 15, Herbert B. 11, Hellen 8 and Irene 8.



1916 "Mrs. Farrington has purchased the Freeman Bullard property south of Laird and will move there at once. We understand Mr. Bullard intends locating on his land near Denver."
1922 "Mrs. Parkins, a former resident of Laird, died at Bennett, Colorado on Saturday, Feb 25, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Freeman Bullard. Mrs. Parkins leaves many friends at Laird, and her granddaughter, Mrs. John Latuska, who will remember her as a kind and loving friend."

Freeman E. Bullard, per # 94976793, is buried in Fort Collins - "Husband of Gertrude Martha Parkins (b. January 27, 1877 in Creston, IA, d. June 16, 1934 in Bennett, CO) Married April 15, 1893 south of Laird, CO "
Gertrude is buried in Bennett, Colorado # 27926709.
His second wife, Emma Sophia (Williams) Bullard 1896-1961 is buried in Omak, Washington # 43103307. - her husband Elbert A. Archer died in 1936.


Albert Josiah Bullard registered for WWI in Denver , a shipping clerk for an implement company, born April 17, 1875, married to Bertha Bullard, living at 1318 Delaware Street.
