In 1905 Ottawa County, Kansas, E. Pixley is 65, Mary Pixley 57, Sibyl McClung 38, James Pixley 30, Rolland Pixley 24, Frank Pixley 22, Mary J. Pixley 17, William T. Pixley 15, and J. R. McClung 13.
In 1910 Yuma County, Sibyl A. "Mccluny" 43 is farming, widowed, James E. Mccluny 21 Son, and Jerome E. Mccluny 18 Son.

September 1913 Yuma "John McClung, of Louisiana, is visiting with his sons, Edward and Lewis McClung, south of town. Mr. McClung is quite a noted raiser of pure bred chickens, and has carried off many prizes for fine poultry in his state."

October 1913 "J. J. McClung, who for the past two months or more has been a guest at the farm home of his sons, Edwin and Louis McClung, south of Yuma, departed Tuesday night for his home at Jennings, Louisiana."

Sibyl proved 280 acres in sections 26 and 35, 1N 48W in 1913.

McClung, Sebyl A. and Jewell, William H. married in Washington County on March 10, 1915.

August 1934 Eckley items "Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lagler and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed McClung and Dale Monk were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Brophy."
(J.P. (Sonny) Brophy was a buddy of my uncle Dale Monk.)

June 1938 Eckley news "Mr. and Mrs. Ed McClung and Mr. Shunks of Kinder, Louisiana, were Friday night guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Brophy. Mr. and Mrs. Ed McClung and Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Brophy called at the Jim Stallsworth home on Friday evening."

JAMES

In 1900 Jennings, Louisiana, John Mcclung is 43, Mary A. Mcclung 13 Daughter, and James E. Mcclung 11 Son  .

Mrs. J. E. McClung died at the Eldridge Hotel about 1 o'clock Wednesday morning, aged 27 years, 11 months, and 27 days. Mrs. McClung had been very sick for some time and Mr. McClung started for El Paso, Texas with her. When they reached Kansas City she was so weak it was decided to return to Yuma, reaching here Tuesday afternoon. Harriet J. Crosby was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Crosby, and was born March 9, 1890 at Waukegan, Illinois. She came to Colorado some seven years since, living at Granada in Prowers County for a time. The family moved to Yuma two years ago. She was married to J. E. McClung September September 24, 1916. The husband, parents, and three sisters are left to mourn her loss. The funeral services were held at the Eldridge yesterday afternoon, Rev. G. E. Kitchen officiating and the interment was at the Yuma Cemetery. The sympathy of the entire community is with the sorrowing husband and other relatives."

In 1920 Calcasieu Parish, James R. Miles is 36, Vira Miles 32 Wife, Faye B. Miles 8 Daughter, and James E. Miles 5 Son.
