at his home near Bartley, Nebraska, at the farm on which he was born and bad spent
35 years of his 49 years.
He was united in marriage to Bertha May Parse on Febr. 13, 1907.
To this union was horn three boys and three girls, two boys passing away in infancy.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha, three daughters, Ruth Nelms and
Helen Dueland of McCook, Maxine Galloway of Indianola, and a son Leonard at home,
also four grandchildren, two brothers, Clarence of Bartley and Henry of Omaha,
two half sisters and one half brother. His friends were numbered by his acquaintances."
