March 27th, 1882 F. W. Reymond Recorder This Deed, Made this Twenty Seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two Between Mrs. Fannie Burghardt Formerly Mrs. Fannie McConnell Of the County of Dolores and State of Colorado, of the first part and Ferruo Wakeunau Of the County of Dolores and State of Colorado, of the second part WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Dollars, To the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT-CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT-CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part has in and to the following described town property situate, lying and being in the County of Dolores and State of Colorado, to wit: Lot number 33 (Thirty Three) in Block Number 6 (Six) together with all improvements thereon excepting the two small frame buildings fronting immediately on Glasgow Avenue and in front of the log house on the near portion of said lot. Said small frame buildings are now occupied respectively by A.L. Baker and Brother as a confectionery and cigar store and T. Steuderman as an assay office and said lot is now subject to a lease expiring on the first day of June of the year first above written. All situated, lying and being in the Town of Rico County of Dolores and State of Colorado TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunder belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second party, his heirs and assigns forever.
