CAPTION:
William Harry Goff, one of the original settlers of
Meeker. Harry was a member of the Meeker Townsite Company which
was organized in 1884 to plan and layout the town of Meeker. In
1906 Harry was elected as county commissioner, Rangely district.
In 1910 he served as Chairman of the County Commissioners of Rio
Blanco County.
