Grandparents Moulton - John Wesley and Alatha Catherine Mattix
Kinnaird, moved to Montrose, CO between 1895 and 1898. They moved
there from IA where their first 10 children were born, only their
last child Mary was born in Montrose. Alatha died in Montrose of
cancer Sept. 14, 1916. About 3 years later John married a Mary L.
Smith. In 1930 Grandpa John came to Missouri to visit his
daughter Bertha and while here he became
sick and died. He is buried in Texas County, MO.
