They were married 11 Sep 1871 at Dubuque, Iowa and moved with their children to Holyoke, Colorado in 1898.
Would like contact with any relatives of and information on James Leroy Kinch [born 27 May 1871, Brush Creek, Iowa, to John and Margaret Blauvelt (Conklin) Kinch and Edith Rosanna Conklin [born 3 Jun 1873, Wyoming, Iowa to James W.L. and Mary Ann (Preston) Conklin]. First cousins, they married 2 Nov 1896 in Kalispell, Montana, before moving to Holyoke, Colorado. James died 27 Feb 1930 and Edith died 11 Jan 1960, both in Holyoke, Colorado.

He married Lina [born 10 May 1882 in Sandusky, Ohio to Almira and Henry Perkins] on 25 Dec 1901 at Haxtun, Colorado. Fred died 9 Nov 1948 and Lina died 24 Nov 1958, both in Dayton, Washington.

They married 8 Dec 1904 in Holyoke, Colorado.

She was the second wife of William Alexander White, born 3 Oct 1867 in Gananoque, Canada, the son of Robert and Julia Ann (Matthews) White. Minnie and William were married on 8 Aug 1908 in Holyoke, Colorado. Both are buried at Holyoke Memorial Park, Holyoke, Colorado.

Dot died 11 Sep 1975 at Montrose, Colorado and Marie died 11 Aug 1942 at Grand Junction, Colorado. Have no contact with members of this family at the present time.

Fred was born 26 Jun 1868 at Brownstown, Indiana to John Henry and Anna Maria Louisa (Jager) Kropp. Anna was born 18 Jan 1873 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to John and Friedricka (Schnase) Petau. They were married 28 Jan 1892 in Pierce County, Nebraska and moved their family to Amherst, Colorado in March of 1907. Fred died 22 Nov 1908 from health problems caused by fighting a prairie fire. Anna died 24 Dec 1937.

On 28 May 1918, in Amherst, Colorado, Elizabeth Martha Kropp married Samuel Paul Gamewell. Elizabeth was born 5 Mary 1897 in Pierce County, Nebraska to John and Anna (Petau) Kropp. Samuel was born 11 Aug 1894, in Missouri to Ed and Elizabeth (Freeman) Gamewell. Beth died 16 Oct 1970 and Sam 28 Jan 1976, both in Greeley, Colorado. Would like to correspond with any relatives.
Ella Marie [born Sorensen] Freis was born in Vejle, Jutland, Denmark on 13 Jun 1902. On 22 Apr 1923 she married Fredrick William Kropp in Humboldt, Iowa. Fred was born 10 Sep 1899 in Pierce County, Nebraska to Fred and Anna (Petau) Kropp. Fred died 2 Feb 1985 and Ella on 23 May 1988, both in Holyoke, Colorado. Any information on the following individuals will be greatly appreciated. William Henry Warren, Sr., b. Jan 12, 1812, Woodford County, KY; d. Oct 27, 1891, Haxtun, Phillips, CO. At least 5 of his 15 children (see following) were pioneers in Haxtun (pre-1900). Samuel Warren, b. Feb 16, 1850, Liberty, Clay, MO. He was a blacksmith and mechanic by trade. Amos Warren, b. Dec 30, 1852, Liberty, Clay, MO. He was farmer and timber man by trade. It is believed he never married. Robert Napoleon Warren, b. 1853-55, Liberty, Clay, MO. It is believed he married and had children, unknown to me at this time. Alexander Warren, b. Jul 30, 1858, Liberty, Clay, MO. It is believed that he never married. Although physically challenged, he was a salesman "Watkins Man" selling household supplies. Rosella Warren, b. Mar 24, 1865, Grant City, MO; m. George Freemyer; children: Charles, Bertsell, Goldie, and Myrtle.
