Baker. I am descended from their oldest daughter, Ann Elizabeth, born in Iowa in 1864, died in Albany Oregon during the flu epidemic of 1898. Secondly I am researching Prudence (Elliott) Kinney and her children. She was a Civil War widow from Coshocton Ohio who moved with her children to Shelby about 1868. Her youngest son, Grant Kinney, born in 1862, married Ann Elizabeth Houdersheldt in 1885 in Shelby (probably Polk County, Nebraska), moved to Oregon after 1890, went to the Yukon searching for gold in 1898, returned a widower and took 3 of his 4 children to California about 1900 and disappeared from my family history about then. My grandmother, Almira Kinney, (named after her grandmother) blamed her mother's death on her father and refused to go to California with him. She stayed with a family in Albany and married in 1906. He's still president in 1959, and he and Margaret S. live in Long Beach.
Vernon, born June 6, 1889 in Colorado, died April 13, 1971 in Los Angeles.

Lottie Jameson married Mathew W. Welch May 28, 1900, recorded in Teller County.
1920 "Charles W. Jameson, sixty years old. of Sterling, Colorado, fell out of ,bed a month ago. After twenty- eight days of suffering, during which many physicians were baffled, they discovered Jameson's neck was broken. Now the man is recovering. The physicians said: "Well, I swan."
