POSSIBLE In 1895 Hamilton County Iowa, Andrew is a merchant, Violet a housekeeper, and James A. is three year old.

 Andrew J. Brown born May 1856 in New York, is in Montgomery County Iowa in 1900, married ten years to Violet, July 1860 New York.  He's a book?  and Fabric ? retail ?.  They have James A. June 1890 in Iowa.

All three are in Olathe Colorado when James registered.  He was born June 1891 in Blanesburg, Iowa, now single,  farming with his father.

Possibly the James A. Brown who married Blanche Hartman October 1, 1921, recorded in Silverton. (about fifty miles south)  Blanche was born about 1882, James about 1890.

Andrew J. Brown 1856-1938 and Violet 1860-1943 are buried in Olathe, Montrose County. 27886542
