Colorado marriage records have James E. "Sharpack"  marrying Cora E. Smith June 14, 1893, recorded in Logan County.  Maybe she's the Cora M. Smith, daughter of Rezin Smith.

J.H. Sharpnack, wife and two children, returned from a five-months’ trip to Parkersburg, W.Va., and Empire, O., where they were visiting relatives.  Miss Emma Sharpnack returned with her brother and will make Cripple Creek her home.
 

In 1900 Teller County - same time that Lida Briggs was there - James H. Sharpnach born Jan 1863 in West Virginia, married 7 years to Cora E. Feb 1872 Iowa.  They have Harry H. May 1894 Hazel M. Jan 1896, both in Colorado.

 

In 1910 they're in Otero County, farming, with two boarders and three roomers.

In 1920 Otero County James and Cora have no occupation, and Hazel M. 24 is a public school teacher.

James and Cora Edna (Smith) Sharpnack are buried in Fowler, Colorado.

Per FindAGrave 29926801, his mother was Sarah E. Walters.   James and Cora married June 14, 1893 at Fleming Co., CO and had two children, Harry and Hazel. 

James Henry Sharpnack 1863-April 18, 1920 died in Haxtun. Cora Edna SMITH Sharpnack born 1872 in Iowa, died March 19, 1921.  One tree said she was killed in an auto-train collision.

One poster, Ann Klein, said " Emory J. Sharpnack born Ritchie Co. WV. in 1869. He married in 1892 1st. Lulu Hall, who was born in 1871. On July 12, 1912 he married at Fowler, Colorado. Miss Mollie J. Sims. I am a descendent of his father Anthony. He is my great grandfather on my mother's side.
Emory's sibling are Clara E., Francis Marion, Daniel A. and Joseph Heck Sharpnack my grandfather"

Hazel Marie Sharpnack married Matthew Gunby June 5, 1921, recorded in Denver.  He was a railroad machinist in Clovis, NM in 1930 and then they were in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
