"Albert "Fred" Krupske, 64, of Sterling, died Feb. 19, 1996 in Fort Collins.
Visitation and viewing will begin at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 20 at Chaney-Walters Funeral Home. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednes day, Feb. 21 at Chaney-Walters with the Rev. Lee Roy Pickering officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Krupske was born Feb. 4, 1932 to Fred Ernest and Marie (Hormann) Krupske in Sterling. He attended school at Willard and Roosevelt. After his schooling, he farmed with his family in the Willard and Merino area where his father had homesteaded in 1906.
He married Joyce Frese on June 3, 1956 in Crook. He continued to work on the farm until May, 1981, when he went to work at Northeastern Junior College as a groundskeeper. The couple moved to Sterling in 1984 and he retired in 1993.
He is survived by his wife Joyce of Sterling; sons Michael Krupske and wife Paula, Coyne Krupske of Denver, and Damon Krupske and wife Kathy of Sterling; other children, Delyn and Jan Houder of Pinehurst, Texas, Georgia and Robert Sanders of Sterling, Holly Houder of Sterling, Beverly and Larry Tait of Greeley, Joyce and Gary Huss of Holyoke and Gina and Dan Weingardt of Sterling; two sisters, Clara Atkins and husband Charles and Minnie Collman and husband Carl, all of Sterling; special friend Dorothy Baskins of Sterling; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Edward; and a sister Helen."

"Joyce Elaine Krupske, 79, formerly of Sterling, passed away June 7, 2018 in North Platte, NE. Memorial service will be held June 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Tennant Funeral Home in Sterling concluding at the funeral home.
Joyce was born January 9, 1939 in Crook, Colorado, to Bert Edward and Harriett (Schoenfeld) Frese. She attended Crook Schools, and NJC. Joyce married Albert Fritz Krupske on June 6, 1958 in Sterling. They were married for 39 years until Alberts death. Joyce enjoyed crafts and volunteering.
She is survived by her children, Michael G. Krupske, Coyne A. Krupske, Damon B. Krupske; siblings Harold D. Frese, Terry L. Frese, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Albert Krupske; daughter Misty J. Krupske; and parents Bert and Harriett Frese."
