Lyle Donald McGhee, born March 10, 1925,  died  July 4, 2008.

On September 30th, 2011, Elaine Margret was once again in the arms of her Husband Lyle Donald McGhee. She was a great mother to her 3 sons, Bruce, Kim (Mac), & Lee McGhee. With many passions, Elaine spent a great deal of her life caring for others. Whether it was as a friend or if you needed a hand, she was always ready to help. Active in the Sears retirement group and often seen with Lyle at the Motorola functions. She just loved people. Some of her favorite places were the Phoenix zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens. But she could be just as happy or even more on the phone with a friend or on the couch with a book and one of her many lifelong pets. She will be greatly missed by Family and friends. For hers hands were there to help and never hurt. For she was the one that always gave and never took. For her heart was always filled with love and never hate. Sadly, it was her heart that grew so large to not be able to hold all the love she carried in her earthly body that she was called home 09-30-11 so to be loved for ever more and joyfully re-united with her husband our father Lyle D. McGhee. May Eternity be their blessing! For her love of animals and that they all should feel love. Her family is asking in lieu of flowers, they would ask to please donate to the Arizona Human society, or your favorite pet rescue. No formal services will be held, although the family will be having a open Get together at the First Baptist Church of Scottsdale, at 7025 E. Osborn Rd. C-1 Scottsdale, Az. 85251 From 1pm till 4pm on Saturday, Oct. 15th. All are welcome.
