Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho Teddy Donald Boyll, (T-Don/Ted), 77, passed away at his home Oct. 6, 2007. He was born Aug. 15, 1930, to Alfred Theodore Boyll and Edith Juanita (Owens) Boyll, in Grand Island, Neb.

Early on, the family moved to Indiana where Ted grew up and went to school. Ted also completed his Masters degree in Mathematics at Indiana State University. He began a career of teaching math at Riley High School in Riley, Ind.

In 1950, Ted married Paula Joan Kinser and started his family. During the summers he learned carpentry from his dad, and together they built several residential homes in Terre Haute, Ind.

During this time, his family had grown to include four sons and a daughter, for whom he built a three bedroom “country” home on a hill. Ted also taught a few years at Corey High School in Ind., and then moved his family to Casper, Wyo., for a year where he taught junior high school and college math classes, while he searched for a full-time college teaching position.

In 1965, the family relocated to Ontario, where Ted taught for 20 years at Treasure Valley Community College. He served as Chairman of the Math Department for several years. His career accolades included; a National Science Foundation grant to study at Marshall University in Huntington, Va.; a scholarship in mathematics at the University of Oregon; as well as career advancement classes at Oregon State University.

His wife “Joanie”, of 32 years, preceded him in death, and in 1985 and he married Edwina Leigh Gustafson in Reno, Nev.

As newly weds, the couple returned to Terre Haute, Ind., to care for Ted’s aging parents and remained there for five years. Ted earned an Indiana State Realtor’s license and worked as a realtor and taught part time at Indiana State University during those years.

Upon retirement, the couple took sailing lessons and soon thereafter bought a 40 ft. motorsailor, the “Tedwina”, and spent three years living aboard and cruising the Gulf of Mexico, the Florida Keys and along the east coast up to Washington, D.C.

In 1992, Ted and Edwina returned to “land living” and established a home on Dexter Lake near Eugene. Ted spent ten active years beautifying their home and property, traveling and RVing through all of the lower forty nine states. Ted’s last move was to Coeur d’Alene, where he sought medical treatment for a long term illness.

The couple enjoyed living the last two years of Ted’s life in a home on Fernan Hill Road overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene and surrounded by North Idaho’s majestic beauty and abundant wildlife.

The 1947 class of Wiley High School reunion of 1967 committee included Mrs. Dick Fuson (Aloma Boyll).

The stone in Hull Cemetery, Vigo County has Aloma R. Fuson - June 30, 1929 - Mar 21, 1973 with a space for another name.  But FindAGrave has "Alona"
