Walter LeRoy Zech 36, and Velma 33 are in Dailey precinct, Logan County in 1940, with Robert, 9.Henry Allen Zeiler, 80, of Limon, Colorado passed away on August 9, 2013 at Carlas Cluster Care NE Campus after a battle with cancer. Allen was born to Henry and Elizabeth (Krus) Zeiler on April 10, 1933 four miles northwest of Iliff, Colorado the youngest of five children. He was the only boy with four older sisters so he learned at a young age how to be nice to the ladies. Allen enjoyed trading coins and talking with people, as he never met a stranger. He had a huge heart and enjoyed helping others. He loved watching the Broncos and was a history buff. Allen especially enjoyed Bible Study and singing the good old hymns with the church groups that would visit the nursing home. Allen was preceded in death by his parents; Henry and Elizabeth and four sisters; Lucille McMillen, Clara Brown, Mary Lou Zeiler and Edna Norton. Allen will be greatly missed by the staff and residents at Carlas. |

Robert L. Zech, born December 12, 1930, in Sterling, Colorado, to
Walter and Velma Zech, passed away June 22, 2012. Bob had four younger
siblings, Norma (Howard); Shirley; Dean (Jan); and Diana. Bob served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Upon his return to the United States he married his first love, the former Julie Voss and they were the proud parents of Roy Zech and Judith (Zech) Gibson (Ron). Bob had three grandchildren; Andy Zech-McKenna, Rachel Gibson and Colby Zech; and two great grandsons, Hayden McKenna and Kaiden Zech. Bob was a member of Denver Timing Association car club and the North Denver High School Alumni Committee for many years. His wry sense of humor and keen observations will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Bob's leaves behind his beloved companion, Elaine Ciccone, as well as many, many friends and family members who will miss him deeply but know that he is directing things well as St. Peter's right-hand-man in Heaven. A memorial service to honor Bob's life will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Christ the King Episcopal Church located at 6490 Carr Street Arvada, Colorado. |
