They were in Clarke County, Iowa in 1880, "Cabarin" 59, Johanna 38, Francis 11, Lilly 9, John7, and Maud 1.

In 1885 Clarke County, C.W. is 67, farming, with Johannah 40, Fannie R. 16, Margarette 14, John C. 11, and Maud B. 6.
