SIMPSON--WIRSIG--At the home of the bride's parents, one mile north of Longmont,
Wednesday noon, September, 5 1906, Howard H. Simpson of Sterling and Miss Bertha
Wirsig of Longmont.
About seventy-five guests were present to witness the ceremony which made the
young couple husband and wife, and was conducted by Rev. A. J. Chase. After a
bountiful wedding breakfast Mr. and Mrs. Simpson started overland for their home
in Sterling, intending to drive all the way.
