James Neary

James cash-claimed a quarter in 13, 6N 48W in 1890.  That quarter was acquired by the U.S. government in 1950 "mineral interests".

One tree said James married Maggie Shea in Butte, Montana March 31, 1891, witnessed by JohnJ. Neary and Josie Kelly.  FamilySearch says on its record that this James Neary was 28, parents John LEARY and Ellen McIntire.

1898 J.J. and J.P. Neary, spitting a round of twelve holes in the Green Mountain mine at Butte, Montana, last week, were killed by a premature blast.

John Joseph Neary registered in Superior, Arizona, saying he was born in Butte Feb 10, 1892, and was managing a theater. 

He's probably the John "Jary" in 1900 and 1910 Michigan with his grandmother Mary Shea, born 1837 in Ireland

He might be the James Neary in 1900 Teller County, born Jan 1863 in Pennsylvania, a gold miner, married two years to Mary April 1875 Connecticut. 

That James Neary was in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania in 1880, with widowed John Neary 50, Mary 15, Patrick 12, and John 10.

 Mary Neary married John Conner Feb 11, 1903 - recorded in Teller County.

He might be the James Neary in Gila County Arizona in 1912, superintendent of the Manan copper mine at Superior, 30 miles west of Globe.  This one was in Tooele Utah, superintendent of the Internation Co. copper plant.

In 1910 Pinal County, Arizona James Nealy, 44, born in New York, is widowed.
