Charles Finn Dies Saturday
E. R. Worley received a telephone message Saturday night from Harold Finn, who
was at the hospital at Iowa City with his father, Charles Finn, stating he had
died following an operation for cancer of the stomach. The body was taken to his
old home town of Radcliffe Sunday and the funeral held there Tuesday. The
Charles Finns came to Lakota 30 years ago going from here to Gerled many years
ago, where he was C. R. & P. depot agent and postmaster for a number of years.
He leaves his widow, two sons, Harold of Chicago, and Bernard at home, and one
daughter, Mildred, also at home.
