as he arrived there as best we can figure about 1908.
We understand his stables/ranch is drowned under the reservoir, I'd be

This picture was given to me by my grandfather, Ray Casida Davis, who was raised in Loveland. The photo shows the Davis blacksmith establishment that was located on the corner of First Street and Washington Avenue in Loveland. The young man on the right is my great-uncle, Julius Abner Davis. On the right is my great-grandfather, Richard Creed Davis. The Davis Family came to Loveland in about 1905 from Iowa.

My grandfather was J.S. Williams, grandmother Doris Williams nee Hupp. They lived in Estes. Grandma born there, grandpa immigrated from Brownwood Texas in 1908. Moved to Fairplay in South Park about 1917 where I was raised.

James Shaw Camplain, my great great grandfather in the Estes Park area circa 1910.  He was reportedly on a train between Estes and Texas around this time and killed in a train wreck near Trinidad, Colorado where he may be buried.
