BLACK | I am looking for info on William Clark BLACK. Born 1883 in McPherson, KS and
died Oct 24, 1946 at Burlington County Hosp. at the age of 63. Informant on the
funeral record is Albert Watson (nephew), Goodland, KS He is buried in Fairview
cemetery. Parents are David Young Black and Mary Alverda Henderson. I know that
at one time his sister Harriett (Black) Watson lived in Burlington with her

DAVIS | My grandparents, Harry E. and Gertrude lived in Burlington and were listed along with their son Lester in the 1920 Census Precinct 11, Burlington, Kit Carson County, Co. The census stated that they owned property. Another son, Marion, born Feb 12, 1920 is thought to be buried there having died as an infant. Since he was not on the census, he must of died before March 24, 1920. Also, Harry E. Davis #10390 was convicted of voluntary manslaughter on Dec 4, 1917, sentence two years, Kit Carson County, Colorado. He was paroled March 4, 1919. HOMAN | My name is Karen Homan. My grandfather, Fred Joe Homan, and grandmother, Mae (May) McCarthy Homan were divorced in Lake County in 1919. I believe he lived in Leadville at the time with his 3 sons, William Harry age about 13, Charles Edward (my father) age 9, and Earl Oakland age 8. Fred and Mae were married in Victor, CO and the boys were born there. I have a copy of the divorce decree from the Lake Co. courthouse, but it's rather cursory and straight forward. RODERICK | Jeremiah M. Roderick, b. 19 Sept 1856, emigrated from New Radnor, Radnorshire, Wales in 1889 with his son William G., b. 27 Sept 1879. Jeremiah's brother John, b. abt 1855, had preceded him to Bennett, Lancaster, NE. Jeremiah and William also lived in Palmyra, Otoe, NE. In 1907-08 they moved to Seibert, Kit Carson, CO. Watson | Looking for info on Alexander and Harriett (Black) Watson. They had 2 children Albert and Delbert. I have found Alexander in Fairview cemetery. I know Harriett received a pension from 1931 to 1936 but don't know if she died then or moved. Have them on 1920 and 1930 census in Kit Carson County, CO.
