In 1900 Decatur County, Kansas, Will is farming, born May 1863 in Wisconsin, married eleven years to Mary April 1868 Missouri. Edna Sep 1889, Edgar Sep 1889, Lora Jan 1892, Susie Oct 1893, Gladys Oct 1896, and Golda Sept 1899 were all born in Kansas.
They're still in Decatur County in 1910, with Edgar 20, Laura 18, Susie 16, Gleddis 13, Goldy 10, William 7, Forest 5, and Opal 2.

1945 Bend, Oregon "Mrs. W. M. Underwood and son, Billy, left Tuesday for a visit in Stratton, Colorado, with her mother, Mrs. A. Radspinner. They will be joined in Merridan, Idaho, by Mrs. Mary Underwood."
"Mrs. William Underwood and son, Billy, have returned from a trip to Colorado and Nebraska where they visited with relatives they had not seen for eight years. They are now at their new home on West Seventh street."

Lora was born Jan 11, 1892 at Norcatur, Kansas to William M . Underwood and Mary Beck, died February 25, 1990 as Lora Ann Hazen.
Charles M. Hazen proved up two quarters in 27 and 28, 10S 47W in 1913.
Charles and Lora, both of Stratton, married June 18, 1913 in Burlington.
Lora Hazen, formerly Lora Underwood, proved up two quarters in 7, 10S 47W in 1917.

In 1930 Kit Carson County, they have Merle M. Gerold L., and Dorris V.
In 1940 Ada County, Idaho, Charles and Lora have Merle 25 born in Colorado, Gerald 24 in Colorado, and Patty 7 born in COlorado. Forrest Underwood, 35 is a farm laborer for them.

Edgar registered for WWI in Stratton, Colorado, born Dec 16, 1889 in Oberlin Kansas, married.
In 1920 Edgar is living in Akron, a gas tractor engineer, 30, with Grace 21 born in Nebraska, and Irma 1, Colorado.
They're in Casper, Wyoming in 1930, working in the oil field, wtih Erma 11 and Enid 1.
In 1940 they're in Converse County, Wyoming. Edgar is a truck driver for Continental Oil Company, and they have Enid 11.
Edgar died Dec 24, 1956 in Yellowstone County, Montana.
Grace is widowed in 1959 Billings, Montana, living at 1032 Billings.
GLADYS
Albert Joseph "Bert" Smith married Gladys Delight Underwood on July 15, 1914 in Burlington, Kit Carson County, Colorado.
Gladys is buried in Ada County, Idaho 1896-1987.

Services for Forest D. "Frosty" Underwood, 65, of 604 W. First, Meridian, Idaho, who died Thurs., Dec. 31, 1970, in a Boise hospital, were conducted at 2:30 p.m. today at Robison Chapel of the Chimes.
The Rev. Harley Eisentrager officiated. Interment followed at the Meridian Cemetery.
Mr. Underwood was born Nov. 17, 1905 at Oberlin, Kan. He came to Meridian in 1935 from Colorado and operated Frosty's Auto Repair until his retirement in 1967. He married Clara G. Wilson on Oct. 5, 1940, at Boise.
Survivors include his wife, of Meridian; a brother, William M. Underwood, Medford, Ore.; three sisters, Mrs. Lora Hazen, of Nampa, Mrs. Gladys Smith, Meridian, and Mrs. Opal Jones, Portland, Ore.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In 1940 Kit Carson County, they have only Violet 16.
Susie B. (Underwood) McConnell is buried in Stratton 1893-1963.
GOLDIE
In 1919 Goldie Underwood of Stratton is teaching at the Grand View School, Kit Carson County.
Goldie is still teahing in 1922, in District # 36.
