Joseph Harpold married Minnie Cartmill in 1874 in Mason County, West Virginia.
In 1880 Meigs County, Ohio, Joseph Harpold is 36, a carpenter, born in Ohio,
with Minnesotia 28 West Virginia, Eugenia 14 and Francis 13 born in Illinois, Hattie 4, Joseph C. 3, and Daniel nine months.
Joseph is buried in Christian County, Illinois 1844-1911 # 62696623 " Joseph Harpold, prominent resident of this city, died at his home early Wednesday morning of paralysis brought on by bright's disease. He was sixty-seven years old. He was born in Meigs county, Ohio. He came to this state with his parents about fifty years ago and has resided this vicinity almost continuously ever since. He was twice married. He is survived by his wife and eight children. The children are Mrs. Olivia Lester, Mrs. Frances Little and Mrs.
Hattie Daniels of Pana. Mrs. Carrie Garvin and Mrs. Lottie Smittinger of Decatur, Mrs. Tillie Cooksey of Clinton and David and Joseph Harpold of Assumption. The first two named are daughters of the first wife. Three children, John, Margaret and Mrs. Dora Fry are dead. "

In 1900 Burlington, Frank P. Little is a railroad section man, born March 1861 , married 14 years to Frances April 1867, with William B. Dec 1886, Dollie E. Feb 1889, and Robert Oct 1891, all born in Illinois.
In 1910 Kit Carson County, Franklin P. Little is a laborer on the railroad, 53,
with Francis 43 born in Illinois. Their daughter Dollie E. Walton, 21,
married two years, is with them. So are sons Robert Little 18 and Carl H. 6, both born in Colorado.
Robert R. Little 1891-1910 is buried in Burlington, # 89598619.
Carl H. Little 1903-1913 is also buried there, # 89598599.
Franklin P. Little proved up a quarter in section 10, 10S 44W, Kit Carson County, in 1907.

But they're living together in 1920 Craig, Colorado, both divorced.
1925 Craig "Mrs. Francis Harpold left Thursday to make her home in Grand Junction."
They're still living together in 1930 Craig, Franklin 75 still working on the railroad
and Frances 63. William 42 is also divorced, a highway laborer.
September 16, 1931 Craig, Colorado "F. P. Little, who has made his home in Moffat
county for the past fifteen years, died at his home in
Craig yesterday evening after an illness of many months. Franklin Pierce Little
was born in Illinois. March 11, 1854, being 76 years of age at the time of his death.
He lived in Illinois until 30 years ago when he moved with his family to
Burlington. Colorado. Fifteen years ago he came to Moffat county and has since lived
in Craig. He was married to Frances Harpold in Illinois. Sept. 19, 1885
and four children were born to this union, two of whom survive.
Eighteen years ago he was divorced from his wife but during his last illness
she came to Craig to take care of him. Funeral services will be held from the
Field Funeral Home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. R. M. Sammon having
charge of the service. He is survived by his former wife Frances Little, one son,
Burton, who lives in Kansas and one daughter. Mrs. Dolly Medlock,
who lives in Craig. A granddaughter, Rita Little, also lives in Craig."

Frances Harpold is widowed in 1940 Loveland, Colorado, 72, living alone.
William R. Little proved up a quarter in 5, 9S 47W in 1914.
1922 Steamboat Springs "Mr. and Mrs. Jack Roup of Oak Creek were in Steamboat Sunday,
returning from Hayden, where they attended the funeral of Mrs. William Little."
Dollie E. Little married Percy J. Walter on March 11, 1916, recorded in Jefferson County, Colorado.
Dollie is in Morgan County, Illinois in 1930, a waitress, divorced, 37, living in a boarding house.
Dolly Little married Theodore R. Miner on May 2, 1938, recorded in Arapahoe County.
Dollie's buried in Craig 1888-1938 # 28758964.
William Burton Little registered for WWI in Burlington, Colorado, born Dec 18, 1887 at Assumption , Illinois, farming, with a wife and two children.
He's a coal teamster in 1920 Burlington, 33, with Iva 34 born in Iowa,
Thelma 13, and Reta 8 in Colorado.
Iva Little married George B. Grant on June 20, 1929 in Moffat County.
In 1930 Craig, where Robert is living with his parents, "Ina" 40 is married to George B. Grant, with Rita Little, 18.
In 1940 Berthoud, Colorado, Burt is 53, married to Myrtle 46 - they have a campground. Myrtle's mother Nancy H. Halferty 67 is with them.
Myrtle's first husband Ernest Elstun 1892-1970 is buried in Phoenix # 69003702. They were in Moffat County in 1930.
William Burton Little registered for WWII with a Berthoud Colorado address, reference Mrs. Myrtle Little of Berthoud.
Burton Little 1885-1964 is buried in Greeley # 168460249.
June 1932 "Mr. and Mrs. Harold Barrett of Greeley, were visiting
Mr. and Mrs. George Grant a few days last week.
Mrs. Barrett is a sister of Miss Rita Little, who returned with them,
and expects to spend two or three weeks in Greeley. The party left Craig Friday."
Thelma L. Barrett 1906-1986 is buried in Greeley # 163281290, with Caroll N. Barrett 1905-1988.
October 15, 1936 "Rita Little and William Deakins of Craig were married in Denver September 14 . He is employed in the Moffat county creamery and his wife ls bookkeeper at the Cashway Lumber company in Craig ."
George and Iva are in Idaho Springs in 1942. He was born in Keith Banffshire, Scotland September 25, 1886.
