They divorced in El Paso County in 1902. "In the county court yesterday the divorce case of Beulah Powell against William H. Powell was tried before ..."

September 1915 Steamboat Springs "Mrs. William H. Powell and son, David Powell, of Sedalia, Mo., who have been visiting at the J. H. Crawford home, departed yesterday. They will go on to the Pacific coast before returning home."

1917 " William H. Powell of Sedalia, Mo., a young man well known in Steamboat, having several times visited the James H. Crawford family, is a second lieutenant in the 342nd Field Artillery, and is acting as an instructor of the National Army forces at Camp Funston."

1926 " Mr. and Mrs. William H. Powell of Sedalia, Mo., who are guests at the Cabin hotel, will be hosts at a dinner party for the Crawford families and their house guests tonight at the La Jolla Inn on Yellow Jacket pass."
