1956 "Mr. and Mrs.
Charles G. Page, Olathe, were guests at a dinner
Tuesday at the Wishbone restaurant, 4455 Main street,
in observance of their 55th wedding anniversary.
They were married in Norton, Kansas.
He owns and operates the Burlington Livestock
Commission company and will have been active at
the Kansas City stockyards 50 years next January.
The dinner was given by sisters and brothers of
Mrs. Page. They are Mrs. Daisy Nash,
4656 Pennsylvania avenue; Mrs. Esther Herring,
Benkelman, Neb.; Mrs. Ruth Williams, Norton, and
Russell J. Hilsinger, 3602 Olive street. "
May 19, 1966 "Mrs. Mable Lois Page, 85, of 8124
Tomahawk road, Prairie Village, died yesterday at
a nursing home in Olathe. Mrs. Page
was born at Norton. Kas., and lived in the
Kansas City area 58 years. She was a member of
the Baptist church. Surviving are her husband,
Charles G. Page, and a sister,
Mrs. Daisy E. Nash, both of the home;
three other sisters, Mrs. Myrtle O. Hanks,
Wichita; Mrs. Ruth Williams, Norton,
and Mrs. Esther Herring, Benkelman, Neb.;
two brothers, Russell Hilsinger, 4516 Wornall,
and Clark E. Hilsinger, Norton. Services will
be held at 1:30 Friday at the Newcomer chapel,
Overland Park; burial in Mount Moriah
cemetery."
