J.E. Smith, 22, married Phoebe Saeger in Schuyler County Missouri April 6, 1895.
Phoebe, per one tree, died in 1898, and is buried in Illinois.

Edith P. Smith is granddaughter, living with James P. 55 and Isadore A. 50.
In 1900 Glenwood, Missouri, Isaac E. is 27, widowed, with parents James P. Smith 55, and Isadore A. 50. Floyd G. is 12, James A. 6,(has to be Vernon) and Edith P. 4.
Isaac E. Smith of Glenwood, Schuyler County, Missouri, married Mary E. Kirkman also of Glenwood, on July 19, 1900.
In 1910 Macon County, Missouri, Isaac E. is 38, Mary 29, Conrad 9, Freddie 7, Mana 3, and her brother Fred Kirkman 27.
Vernon 16, and Edith 14, are with grandparents in 1910, as well.
Isaac proved up two quarters in sections 19, 20 and 30, 8S 49W in 1915.

Florence M. Hinshaw is widowed in 1920 Kit Carson County, 34, with Harold R. 13, Thomas J. 11, Essie A. 8, and Leitha M. six months.

Mona married Pearl Robb, and in 1930 they're in Weld County. In 1940 they're in Gilpin County, Pearl 40, Mona 33, Donald 14 Max 12, and Jack 11.

ILA
Ila A. Brening, born Feb 2, 1928, died June 16, 2004, per SSDI.

" Kenneth Lee Brening was born in Boulder, Colorado to Harold D. and Ila A. (Smith) Brening.
He graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1967. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps on September 18, 1967. He served during the Vietnam War and earned a Purple Heart. He was honorably discharged on November 9, 1973. Mr. Brening was a long haul truck driver. He was an avid Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies fan. He belonged to the Motorcycle Street Club.
Mr. Brening died Friday, September 26, 2008 at North Colorado Medical Center Hospice and Palliative Care Unit in Greeley.
Survivors: His daughter, Natalie Belveal and husband James; grandchildren, Bayden and Johnna Belveal all of Greeley; sisters, Sandra Reefe of Denver, Colorado, Ruth Sutliff of Greeley, Teresa Lee and husband Charlie of Keota, Colorado, Rita Medrona and husband Armando of Greeley; brother, Ron Norris and wife Doris of Weyers Cave, Virginia. "

Alva J. Smith proved up two quarters in 1, 7S 49W in 1913.
Belle Smith proved up a quarter in 25, 7S 50W in 1913, and another later in 1913 in section 26,
Benjamin W. Smith proved up a quarter in 12, 10S 49W in 1918, and another in 1, 9S 49W in 1921.
