ZELLA

" I am 5th generation Sawhill, the daughter of Agie L. Sawhill and Opal Chrisman-Sawhill. My name, together with the names of my brothers and sisters is listed on page 159 of the Family History. Donald, who wrote the history, was a librarian in Denver, Colorado, and since we lived on my grandfather, Alexander Neely Sawhill's farm when I was young, we got to visit with him occasionally. I, together with my cousin, Keith M. Yonts, son of Zella Sawhill-Yonts , visited Donald in Denver (1970?). We had quite a nice conversation with him. He was certainly a very knowledgeable and interesting man.
