John cash-claimed a quarter in 13, 8S 49W in 1891.
There was a Michael Richard claiming land in Logan County in 1891, but that was a hundred miles away.
Possibly the John Richard in 1900 Cripple Creek, Colorado, born 1870. He's a miner, in aa rooming house, with unknown place of birth.
