Caroline Briggs married at Syracuse, N.Y., 30 Dec. 1869 WILLIAM NILES, b. Town of German, Chenango Co., N.Y., 2 Oct. 1840, d. Adena, Morgan Co., Colo., 14 May 1917, William, was a farmer, son of Caleb W. and Lucy (Norton) Niles.

" The funeral of Mrs. Carolyn Niles, wife of William Niles, of Rose, took place from the house this afternoon. Her death was caused by diabetes. She is survived by her husband, a son, William Niles, of California, and a daughter, Mrs. Florence Wilson, of South Butler. She was a daughter of the late Jonathan Briggs, one of the early settlers of this village. "

So is Jennie (no head stone per # 89037652, dying in 1957)

One tree said Dewey married Arminta G. Bridgeford July 12, 1920 in Fort Morgan.
(She was in Denver in 1900, 1910 and 1920)

In 1928 Denver, Jennie (Wid Wm .J.) lives at 3243 Arapahoe. Dewey B. (Grace A.) is a salesman for Macklem baking, and they live with Jennie.
1940 Phoenix Arizona " four-room frame cottage at 1207 and 1027% East Pierce street, also furnished, was sold to Mrs. Jennie Niles"

In 1930 Denver, Dewie B. 31, born in New York, is working in a bakery shop, A. Grace is 31, Marie L. 5, Vaeria J. 3, and William 2 all born in COlorado.
In 1940 Denver, Dewey is still a bakery salesman, with Armenta and the three kids.
SSDI has Dewey born Dec 1, 1898, dying June 1969, last residence Denver.
One Ancestry tree has Arminta Grace Niles born Aug 1, 1897 in Denver, dying Dec 22, 1974 in Pueblo, Colorado.


Marie L. "Oma" Martin 1924-2001 is buried in Denver with Eddie A. Martin 1919-2008 # 77083900.

Valeria J. Gruber of Colorado married Maurice W. Terrill of Colorado, in Clark County Nevada April 3, 1977.

Valeria Jane (Niles) (Brazell) Gruber died January 3 2004.

William Albert Niles 1929-2007 died in Littleton, per one tree - spouse Beverly Coleen Talley 1931-1998.
