Orville Miller married Sally "Reed" March 20, 1866 in Daviess County.
In 1880 Daviess County, Orville A. and Sarah J. Miller, both 43, have Robert L. 13, George S. 10, and Flora B. 6.

Orville's mother, Susan Ann Breeding, died in Daviess County in 1874. Orville married Sara Jane Reid. He died between May 4, 1908 and May 4, 1909 while visiting in Colorado Springs, Colorado. "
