"The remains of Bernard Curran, the bridge worker, who lost his life in the fire which destroyed two boarding cars on the West Shore Railroad near Pittsburgh on Sunday morning, were brought here yesterday afternoon, January 21, 1907, and interred in Calvary cemetery. Curran was 42 years of age and was unmarried. Three brothers survive, William and James of this village, and Robert. "

"10 July 1901 - Mrs. Catherine Curran, a well-known resident of this village, died at her home on Wednesday night, aged 83 years. The funeral was held from St. Mary's Church Friday morning. She is survived by four sons, James, Barney, Robert and William, all of Canandaigua, and two daughters, Mrs. Margaret McAleeve of Nobleston, Pa., and Mrs. Katherine Moriarity of Cleveland, Ohio.

L.C. Curran and Carrie A. Miller married November 22, 1879 in Kaufman County, Texas.

Laurence Conrad Curran, born in Syracuse, New York and Carrie A. Miller, born in Ipana, Illinois, had Edna Lorraine Curran on November 15, 1885 in Osceola, Iowa. She was Edna Wolff in 1942.


Lawrence claimed a quarter in section 28, 8S 43W in 1890.
In 1900 Colorado Springs, Lawrence is a marble cutter, born June 1852 in New York, married 20 years to Carrie May 1863 Illinois. Ethel June 1881, Erma Dec 1883, and Edna Nov 1886 were born in Iowa.

Ethel L. Curran and Albert L. Shuler married in Denver on July 25, 1909.

In 1910 Denver, Carrie is 46, living with daughter Edna L. Wolff 24 and Edward A. WOlff 28. Lorna H. Wolff is newborn. Ethel L. SHuler 29 is also with them.

Albert Lee Shuler 1883-1927 is also buried in Colorado Springs # 20793802.

Carrie A. Curran is 66 in 1930 Los Angeles, and Ethel L. Shuler 48 is widowed, a clerk in a nut shop.

Edna L. Wolf 41, is also in Los Angeles in 1930, with daughter Lorna D. Wolf 20.

In 1940 Los Angeles, Ethel is 58, born in Iowa, widowed. Edna L. Wolff is 52, divorced. Ethel's niece Laura La France 30 born in Colorado is with them.

Ethel Lillian Shuler dying July 27, 1962, is buried in Whittier, California # 106822519.
