The Cope Courier was founded some eighteen months ago, and has been a newsy, well printed and well edited little sheet. 'Indifference of some of our business people' is a fault found in every section of the globe where newspapers are printed. Happily, however, in the larger places this fault is overcome by a great majority who are not indifferent to the welfare of their community and to the advantages derived from a patronage of the local paper's advertising possibilities.
It is Mr. Scheidegger's intention to remain in Cope, where he will operate a feed mill and continue to boost for Cope. Monday a deal was closed whereby the Akron News became owners and publishers of the Cope Courier. The Courier will now be published in Akron, but will be exclusively Cope publication. It will have a Cope editor who will attend to the community. The mast head will be as follows: 'The Cope Courier' Worth M. Miller and A. M. Miller, owners, G. F. Palmer editor and Warner J.
