Robert Rutherford and Ann Peachey married December 31, 1831 in Mildenhall, Suffolk County.
They're in the 1841 census with Robert, WIlliam and Mary Ann.
Robert is in the Saints Marys Suffolk census in 1851, in the county prison.
Ann, 32, William 19, Robert 16, and James 9 are in the Mildenhall 1851 census.
In 1861 Mildenhall, Ann is 51, James 19, Sarah 6, and John 3.
It said his siblings were William, 1833, Robert 1836-1892, and Mary Ann 1836,
Probably James was only in Kit Carson County to establish a claim.
March 1885 Madison, Indiana " Changes that have taken place in the miners' strike are to be recorded in their favor.
The miners at the Peters Creek Coal company at Venetia station, the Baltimore and Ohio conceded the
rate demanded and the Venetia mine at the same place has joined the strike.
At Luceville James Rutterford has notified his miners to resume work at three omits. It is reported that three handle mines have gone in at the reduced rate but it cannot be confirmed."

witnesses were John Peachey and Robert Rutterford.
Robert was in Suffolk County in 1861, 25, an agricultural laborer born in Mildenhall, wmarried to Jane 21, with William 1, also born in Mildenhall.
John E. Peachey and Martha Langfield married on 16 Mar 1874 in Sangamon County, Illinois.
