She applied for a delayed birth certificate in New Castle, Colorado in 1963, saying her mother Honorata Sczzur was born in Weis-Dabir-Pozata-Zasow-Powiat-Pilzno, Poland
Her father Francis Wanczyk was born in Weis -Wierawice-Pocz-Lezajsk- Powial- Lancut, Poland.
Julia was born March 8, 1908 in Springhill, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Peter Paul Wanczyk was born June 24, 1910 in Flagler, Colorado, dying May 14, 1962 in Ogden, Utah, buried there, serving in the Aramy in WWII.
Peter P. Winecheck, 51, 2535 Quincy, died Monday morning at his home. Mr. Winecheck was born June 18, 1910, in Flagler, Colo., a son of Frank and Honorate Scyur Wanczyk. He was married to Ann Costello Denver. They ....He formerly worked for Utah-Idaho Central Railroad and had been employed as a timekeeper at Utah General Depot. Surviving are three brothers, Charley Wanczyk, Ogden; John Wanczyk, Wild Horse, Colo.; Stanley Wanczyk, Fort Morgan, Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. Harley (Julia) Dugan, New Castle, Colo.; Mrs. Stella Hall, Craig, Colo. "

Stanley is single in 1940 Kit Carson County, 25, living alone, farming.
"Stanley Wanczyk died Feb. 8, 2003, in Grand Junction. He was 87.
Stanley was born Aug. 2, 1915, in Kit Carson County to Frank and Honorata Wincey. The family homesteaded north of Flagler until Honorata’s death during the flu epidemic of 1919. The family eventually moved back to Colorado after living in Boonville, N.Y. Stanley briefly owned a cattle ranch.
In 1941, Stanley enlisted in the Army. He served in the Pacific Theater during World War II, and he was awarded two purple hearts.
A brilliant scholar, Stanley studied engineering at a California university.
He later returned to Colorado and engaged in the building industries in various towns.
He married Evelyne Scheidegger Atkins Jan. 21, 1947, in St. Francis, Kan.
Stanley enjoyed big-game hunting, camping in the mountains with his family, fishing and tying his own flies, hunting for fossils and gold panning.
He was an excellent marksman who loaded his own shells, engaged in target shooting and hunted game birds with his dog, Duke.
His family was his whole world, and he was generous to a fault.
Stanley was preceded in death by his wife; a son, Donald Wanczyk; and three brothers, Pete Winecheck, John Wanczyk and Charley Wanczyk.
He is survived by his daughter, Donna Arnold of Grand Junction; two sisters, Julia Dugan of Seibert and Stella Hall of Craig; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren."

"Carol Cloud Wanczyk November 11, 1949 - October 3, 2014
Carol was born November 11, 1949, at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado to Avis (Isaacs) Cloud and Kenneth Cloud.
She graduated from Grand Junction High School and Parkes School of Business, Denver, Colorado. She was a psychiatric technician at the Regional Center, and a host home provider. Carol was a born caregiver.
As a kid, she explored the Redlands; hiking, climbing trees and picnicking. The happiest days of her life were when she was raising her children. She said she enjoyed spending time with family, vacations at the beach, and exploring her artistic side. She adored her dog, Isaac. Carol had a wonderful sense of humor.
She is survived by her mother, Avis Cloud Richter; son, Mark Wanczyk; daughters, Carolyn Pacheco; Angela (Michael) Johnson; Allison (Bryant) Wanczyk-Hall; sister, Jeanne (Rick) Magor; step-sisters, Sue (Dean) Hines; Jan (Ken) Henry, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Carol's family would like to thank Amanda Janney for her support, caregiving, and friendship over the last few years."

Stella Wanczyk Hall - May 20, 1918 - June 12, 2014 "Stella Hall, Long time Craig resident, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 21, 2014 at The First Congregational Church. Interment will follow at Craig Cemetery. "
